When he left the National Economic Council in 2010, Swire resumed his role as Director of the Washington, D.C. Summer Internship Program.  Swire works closely with Moritz students to place them in substantive internships in Washington, D.C.  He teaches the accompanying courses in the internship seminar and in the course on "The Ethics of Washington Lawyering."
