Swire is the C. William O’Neill Professor of Law at the Moritz College of Law of the Ohio State University. In the fall of 2010, he is teaching a seminar on The Financial Crisis, and a course on U.S. law for foreign graduate law students. Since entering law teaching in 1990, Swire has taught a wide range of courses, especially on technology, business, and regulatory topics, including: Antitrust; Banking Regulation; Business Associations; Cybersecurity; Environmental Law; the Law of Cyberspace; Legislation; Legal Ethics; Privacy Law; Regulation of Toxic Substances; and Torts.
